Device-Agnostic
Wherewolf’s old waiver app was iPad-exclusive, which meant some operators couldn’t take advantage of the full Wherewolf waiver suite.
We’re thrilled to announce that our new waiver app is available on the App Store and the Play Store on tablets and smartphones – now, you can download your Wherewolf app to your iPhone, Android tablet, or any other compatible device!
In-App Manifesting
The Wherewolf waiver app gives you the tools you need to manage your guests on-the-go. Apply filters to your daily guest list and whittle down specific manifests for your tours, departure times, sites, and more!
Use the filters available under the funnel icon in your Guest Overview to get all the functionality from your web-based Dashboard, on the phone in your pocket.

Waiver Storage and Offline Collection
Digital waiver collection has never been smoother; The new waiver app can be loaded in wi-fi signal then used anywhere all day (even if there’s no wi-fi!). By leaving the app open, guest records will be stored securely on your app until the device is returned to signal, when the waivers are pushed back to the server.
Waivers that are started and abandoned midway are recorded on the device until the guest completes their record, or a staff member removes the partial waiver.
Bookings Overview
The Bookings Overview panel is a game-changer for business owners with integrated booking systems. No more jumping around between platforms or devices – your new Wherewolf waiver app hosts it all!
Toggle from Guest Overview to Bookings Overview to see the booking names, booking IDs, group sizes, activities, outstanding waivers, and more.
New Waiver Page Types
The new waiver app has new page types and features for your guests too, not just for you and your staff. You can require them take photos, agree to a Yes/ No checklist of statements, upload documents or certification, and more. With even more page types waiting to drop, stay tuned to find out our new page releases.
