Beta Integration Launch with Zapier!

Brace yourselves, because the newest addition to Wherewolf’s integration portfolio is a big one!

Our integration with Zapier, an application that connects a huge variety of web services with one another, is officially in beta. You can use this to share Wherewolf data with a range of third-party providers, from email marketing platforms to CRMs and guest management suites.

How does it work?

When a guest waiver is created or updated in Wherewolf, the data is sent to Zapier. Zapier acts as a middleman between Wherewolf and the software of your choice and shares this information immediately.

What can be shared?

In order for you to comply with Data Protection acts, it is important that only necessary guest data is shared between services. So, while you can choose what information is shared, you should only select the properties that you require for the Zap to function.

For example, if you intend to email the guest, including the activity and date that they visited, you’ll only need the “name”, “email’, “activities”, and “lastVisit” properties.

“pool”, “id”, and “status” will always be included in guest data on top of the guest properties that you select.

What apps can I connect my Wherewolf data to?

Zapier already hosts hundreds of services, from SMS and email platforms to CRMs and ticketing management (a full list is here).

If you have an in-house developer and a custom software platform for your business, you may be able to connect this to Wherewolf via Zapier too!

How do I set it up?

You can do this yourself! Just use our handy support guide linked here and reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
